Agroecology project run by the Himalayan Permaculture Centre in multiple villages & districts of Western Nepal since 2011. Focussed on agroecology demonstration, training & resource production (seed, seedlings, training materials, etc.) and production of "barefoot consultants" - agroecology farmer trainers & designers. Program areas include Food security/sovereignty, Health (priority on women's health), Education (schools & adult ed.), Livelihoods, and capacity building

TRAINING & EDUCATION (learning how) - to farmers and development workers in the process of design and implementation of demonstrated sustainable agriculture systems and agro-ecological approaches.
