Las Cañadas - Bosque de Niebl

Las Cañadas is a cooperative farm and permaculture education center located in the cloud forests of Veracruz. Their work combines agroecology, seed stewardship, community-supported forestry, agroforestry, and regenerative animal husbandry. The project also maintains a biodiversity reserve and promotes ecological learning rooted in local knowledge.

Their goal is to preserve and restore the cloud forest ecosystem while strengthening local sovereignty in food, seeds, and sustainable land management, ensuring the resilience of both people and environment.
