Zaytuna Farm

Zaytuna Farm is a working permaculture demonstration site directed by Geoff Lawton in New South Wales, Australia. The land includes food forests, rotational grazing systems, aquaculture, composting setups, and water-harvesting earthworks such as swales and dams. It is a learning center that offers courses, internships, and hands-on training in regenerative land management.

The long-term vision is to continue training new generations of regenerative farmers who can bring permaculture design to landscapes worldwide and help restore degraded land on a global scale.
